Scheduling Appointments

Visiting the orthodontist every 4–8 weeks is an important part of your orthodontic treatment. Regular checkups last between 20–40 minutes.  We recommend that you schedule every appointment after each visit to our office.  We offer both early morning and early evening appointments and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Re-scheduling Appointments

Your appointment has been reserved specifically for you. Scheduling is critical so that you can be seen on time without delay. We request 24 hour advanced notice, whenever possible, if you need to cancel your appointment.

We understand that unforeseen events can sometimes arise and may cause one to miss their appointment. Please be courteous to call us as soon as you know that you will need to reschedule your appointment.

Visiting the dentist during orthodontic treatment

It is very important that you continue to visit your family dentist once every six months, even during your orthodontic treatment, for teeth cleanings and routine dental checkups. If extra dental care is needed, we will be happy to coordinate with your family dentist to make sure that you are receiving the best care possible.

Office Hours

We offer both early morning and evening appointments and we will always do our best to accommodate your schedule. Our office hours vary occasionally due to holidays and continuing education meetings.
